Fish Amok $5.00
Coconut fish steamed in banana leaves with turmeric sauces and spices.
Many restaurants don’t serve genuine Fish Amok, as it takes about an hour to prepare. We do that in the morning and reheat when ordered.

Bright ruby red colour, rich in fruits, chocolate and red plums with herbal notes. In the mouth it is a medium bodied wine with friendly tannins and a good finish. It will match perfectly with red meat and pasta.

Lifted berry flavours are to the fore in this soft, round and dry wine. The finish is long with a decent amount of scrummy, chewy tannins.
